Why I’m torn on this

The room was clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning. The staff was helpful and supported an earlier check-in, making it a good start to our stay.

The breakfast options were disappointing with cold, inedible food and limited choices. Staffing issues resulted in some amenities not being available when needed.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed three quiet nights in a well-decorated King Room with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the front desk service could use enhancement—check-in/check-out was impersonal. Found great local dining options. try the taco truck around the corner for a quick bite!

I loved how close we were to the Heights! We enjoyed biking along the scenic trails in the area, and coming back to a clean, comfy room was perfect. The staff was super accommodating, which made our stay even better.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options like fresh fruit. It would be great if the hotel could improve on that.
