Why I’m torn on this
The room was clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning. The staff was helpful and supported an earlier check-in, making it a good start to our stay.
The breakfast options were disappointing with cold, inedible food and limited choices. Staffing issues resulted in some amenities not being available when needed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep after a long drive.

The location is convenient, and the staff at the front desk provided exceptional support by allowing an early check-in. I appreciated the comfortable queen beds and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and the area felt cramped. I also noticed that the room lacked adequate lighting, making it difficult to see clearly at times. The bathroom was a standout feature, newly updated and very nice.

Family with children will appreciate it
The staff were very polite which made us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the eggs and sausage, although they needed to be hotter for my taste.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still within our acceptable range.

Comfortable stay, convenient location, with a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the helpful kitchen staff at breakfast and proximity to public transport for easy access to the city.
Wi-fi was inconsistent during my stay.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel. We explored some awesome hiking trails nearby and even went biking. The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up for future guests, the breakfast area is a bit small and can get crowded quickly.
The shuttle service could use some improvement. It took longer than expected to get to the airport, which was frustrating.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed three quiet nights in a well-decorated King Room with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the front desk service could use enhancement—check-in/check-out was impersonal. Found great local dining options. try the taco truck around the corner for a quick bite!

I loved how close we were to the Heights! We enjoyed biking along the scenic trails in the area, and coming back to a clean, comfy room was perfect. The staff was super accommodating, which made our stay even better.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options like fresh fruit. It would be great if the hotel could improve on that.
